Login Issue
It appears that address already has a point of contact registered with FireSmart. One point of contact per address is all that is required.
Double check the address that you have selected in the dropdown menu.
If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact your FireWise Community Leader for clarification.
Registration Assistance
Registering with the FireSmart CC app will connect you to your community and give you access to the Risk Assessment and Action Tracking tools that are a vital part of your Community Efforts.
First step is to find your address. They are pre-loaded for your Community. Start by typing in the firs three numbers of your street address. Click on the address in the drop down menu to select.
Clicking the NEXT button will check to see if that address has been registered under another person. Only one owner per address can register.
Part 2 of the registration form will open.
The fields in red are required entries.
Indicate how you would like to receive information from your Local Leaders with the Contact Preferences checkboxes. This is ONLY information from your community. Your data is not being sold or marketed.
Information regarding Evacuation Routes and Needing Assistance will help direct resources in the case of an emergency. This information is for FireWise Community knowledge and is not shared UNLESS you tell your Local Leaders to do so.
Click the Register and Set Credentials button and the Username/Email and Password screen will open. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS YOUR USERNAME. You are free to choose a password of 6 or more characters. Be sure to write it and remember it.
You will then be back at the start so you can login. Click on the LOGIN button and enter the same email address you registered with, using the password that you just recorded.
With a successful login, you will see your starting dashboard. From there you will have additional Help or Questions buttons for assistance.
That address is not in the FireSmart CC database or your FireWise Community is not using FireSmart CC to manage your data. Start with your street address and let the system autocomplete the address. If it does not fill out the form, then the address is not in the database.
